    Terms of Service

    1. Introduction#

    This document ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you"), either individually or on behalf of your organization, and Apidog, Inc. ("Apidog," "we," "our," or "us"), a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware, USA, governing your access and use of all versions of Apidog software and services, including the Apidog API, Apidog AI, and Beta Previews (collectively, the "Services"), the Apidog websites, including but not limited to apidog.com and apidog.io(the "Websites"), and related materials.
    By accessing, downloading, installing, or utilizing the Services on any device, or by agreeing to these Terms (whether by selecting an option signifying your acceptance, or by signing an order form that references these Terms), you confirm that you have reviewed, comprehend, and consent to abide by these Terms.
    These Terms apply regardless of whether you use the Services via web, desktop, cloud, or mobile interfaces, and regardless of payment plan (including free, trial, beta, and paid subscriptions). Where applicable, supplemental policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Service Level Agreement) shall also govern your use, and are incorporated by reference.
    If registering or using the Service as an employee, contractor, or agent of an entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity. All references to “you” (or similar terms) also refer to your organization.
    For users based in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Apidog’s dedicated European deployment utilizes data centers located within AWS Europe (Frankfurt) and complies with prevailing data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR).
    If you have entered into a separate signed agreement with Apidog regarding specific Services, that agreement will supersede these Terms in the event of a direct conflict.

    2. Eligibility and Account Registration#

    2.1 Eligibility#

    Apidog Services are available only to individuals who are 16 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in many territories, including the EEA/UK). If you are under the minimum required age, you may not create an Apidog account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you (a) meet all eligibility requirements, (b) have full power and authority to accept these Terms, and (c) will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    Apidog’s Services are not targeted for, nor intended to be used by, children under the age of 16.

    2.2 Account Registration#

    Certain features of the Services require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested, and to keep your registration data up to date. You must not create an account on behalf of someone else without their express authorization.
    You must not share credentials or allow more than one individual to use a single account. At any given point in time a single User's Account may only be logged in on a maximum of three (3) computer systems.
    You are solely responsible for all activity undertaken via your account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials (including, but not limited to, your password and any multi-factor authentication device). Apidog disclaims any liability for actions, losses, or damages resulting from your failure to take reasonable security measures. If you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@apidog.com or via in-app support.
    Automated account registration (e.g., via bots or scripts) or using false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account termination.
    If Apidog disables or suspends your account for suspected violation of these Terms, you may not create a new account without our express, written permission.

    2.3 Organizations and Team Accounts#

    Apidog Services support collaborative usage through team or organization accounts. The first user to establish or manage a team or organizational account is considered the “Team/Organization Owner.” The Team/Organization Owner may invite additional users (“Team Members”) to join your team by providing their names, email addresses, and whatever information is required for user setup.
    The Team/Organization Owner may designate one or more additional Admin Users, each of whom may exercise all administrative privileges and perform any action available to an Admin User under these Terms.
    You and your organization are responsible for ensuring all authorized users comply with these Terms. Only those with an active, unique user account may access the paid Service. Sharing login credentials, time-sharing use, or permitting more than one individual to use the same credentials is strictly prohibited. Apidog’s system controls are designed to enforce team size and user-based licensing—any attempt to bypass these controls or exceed licensed user numbers may result in additional charges, suspension, or termination.
    If you wish to add or remove users during any Subscription Term, Owner/Admin Users can do so via the account management interface or as described in Apidog’s documentation. Should you exceed the number of purchased user licenses, additional fees may apply according to your Subscription plan.

    3. License and Permitted Use#

    3.1 License Grant#

    Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms (and payment of applicable subscription fees), Apidog hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Services solely for your internal business or personal purposes, in accordance with all applicable documentation.
    You acknowledge that except as explicitly stated in this section, no right, title, or interest in the Services or underlying intellectual property is transferred to you. You may not use the Services except as expressly permitted here.

    3.2 Restrictions on Use#

    You agree not to (and not to permit or enable others to):
    Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
    Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services except as expressly authorized;
    Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive source code or trade secrets, except to the limited extent required by applicable law;
    Circumvent, attempt to disable or render ineffective, or otherwise interfere with any security or access control measure employed by Apidog;
    Harvest, scrape, index, or mine data from the Services by automated or manual means, other than as explicitly permitted by Apidog’s documented APIs and at volumes consistent with normal Service usage;
    Use the Services in a manner that degrades or impairs the Service’s integrity or availability, such as denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or introducing malicious code;
    Upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is harmful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, violent, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable;
    Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or misstate your affiliation with any person or entity;
    Use the Services to violate export control, embargo, or sanctions laws, or to engage with any person or entity listed with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, the European Union’s sanctions lists, or similar authorities;
    Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, time-share, host, or otherwise make the Services available to third parties, except with Apidog’s prior written consent.

    3.3 Service Modifications and Discontinuance#

    Apidog reserves the right to change, enhance, discontinue, or suspend any part of the Services, permanently or temporarily, at any time, with or without notice. Where feasible, advance notice will be provided for significant adverse changes. Apidog is not liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of any Service or feature.

    3.4 Free Services & Beta Previews#

    Apidog may provide you with access to certain products or features at no cost, or as Beta Previews (such as those labeled "alpha," "beta," or "early access"). Your use of these Free Services and Beta Previews is subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified by Apidog.
    Apidog reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Free Services or Beta Previews at any time, with or without notice and with no liability to you. Should any Free Service become paid or otherwise limited, continuing to use it will be considered acceptance of the new terms or fees.
    Free Services and Beta Previews may be unstable, incomplete, or contain errors. They are provided “as is,” without any warranties or support, and Apidog’s maximum liability under these offerings is $100.
    Non-public information related to Free Services or Beta Previews is confidential. You agree to use this information only for testing or feedback purposes, to protect it with reasonable care, and not to share it without Apidog’s written consent, except as required by law.

    4. Fees, Payment, and Subscription Terms#

    4.1 Fees and Billing#

    If you subscribe to paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as posted at the time of purchase or renewal. Fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing cycle (monthly, annually, or as otherwise agreed). You authorize Apidog (or its designated payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for all applicable charges and taxes, according to your subscription plan.
    To maintain uninterrupted access, you must keep your payment and account information current. All amounts are payable in U.S. Dollars or Japanese Yen unless otherwise stated. Apidog may update fees upon renewal or per an updated price list, providing advance notice as required by law or in your jurisdiction.

    4.2 Feature Updates#

    Free features, paid entitlements, and Service limitations are stated at the time of selection. Apidog may update or change plans, features, pricing, or usage limits at any time, with notice as provided for in these Terms.

    4.3 Taxes#

    You are responsible for all taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including value-added, sales, use, or withholding taxes, assessable by any jurisdiction whatsoever in connection with your use of the Services, other than taxes based on Apidog’s net income (“Taxes”).
    All Fees are exclusive of Taxes unless otherwise indicated. If Apidog has the legal obligation to pay or collect Taxes for which you are responsible under this section, the appropriate amount shall be invoiced to and paid by you, unless you provide Apidog with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
    Withholding Taxes:
    If any Taxes are required to be withheld on payments you make to Apidog, you will increase the amount payable so that after all required deductions or withholdings, Apidog receives and retains (free from any liability for payment of Taxes) an amount equal to the amount it would have received if no Taxes had been withheld or deducted. You will provide Apidog with official receipts or other documentation reasonably requested evidencing such payment of Taxes.

    4.4 Refunds and Cancellations#

    Except as otherwise required by law, all payments to Apidog are non-refundable. If you reside in the EEA/UK as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period unless you have already accessed or used the Services during that period. If you cancel your subscription, there are no refunds, but you can use the Service until the current billing period ends.
    To cancel a subscription, you must follow the cancellation procedures in your account dashboard or via customer support. Submission of an email alone does not constitute notice of cancellation unless expressly acknowledged in writing by Apidog.

    4.5 Late Payments#

    Failure to pay any amount when due may result in suspension or termination of Service. Apidog may charge interest on overdue amounts (at the rate of 1% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower) and recover reasonable costs incurred in collection.

    4.6 Reseller Purchases#

    If you purchase Apidog Services via a reseller, payment and invoicing terms are governed by your agreement with the reseller, but Apidog reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if the reseller fails to pay.

    5. User Content & Restrictions#

    5.1 User Content#

    You may use the Service to create, upload, or store API definitions, code snippets, documentation, test cases, or other materials (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use, display, and provide such content.
    User Content may not violate law or third-party rights (including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights). Apidog does not claim ownership in User Content; however, by submitting User Content, you grant Apidog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, reproduce, transmit, display, use, and process the content as necessary for operation, improvement, or maintenance of the Services, or as required by law or regulation.

    5.2 Public Sharing and Contributions#

    Certain Service features may allow you to share content publicly (e.g., public APIs, collaboration spaces). Apidog cannot control, monitor, or guarantee privacy of data or content you make public.
    If you share, publish, or mark content as “public”, you acknowledge:
    Such content may be indexed by search engines, copied or forked by others, and remains publicly accessible until all copies are deleted by their respective owners.
    Removals are not always immediate or guaranteed if forked.
    Other users may create derivative works, and your license to Apidog (and others) for such copies persists until all are deleted.

    5.3 Feedback and Suggestions#

    If you provide Apidog with ideas, suggestions, bug reports, proposals, or innovations (“Feedback”), you grant Apidog a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

    5.4 General Restrictions#

    You agree not to use the Service to upload, transmit, or make available any content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise prohibited by law or Apidog Terms of Service.
    We have the right to refuse or remove any Content that, in our sole and reasonable discretion, violates any laws or Apidog Terms of Service.

    5.5 Sensitive Personal Information Ban#

    Do NOT upload, share, or process “Sensitive Personal Information” via Apidog, including but not limited to:
    Data as defined by GDPR Article 9 (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic/biometric data, health data, sex life/sexual orientation);
    Protected health information (as defined by HIPAA or similar);
    Financial/payment card data subject to PCI DSS;
    Government-issued IDs or similar data types.

    5.6 AI & Data Mining Restrictions#

    You may not:
    Use Apidog, or any User Content or Service data, for training artificial intelligence, machine learning models, data scraping/mining, or similar automation except as expressly permitted in a written agreement.
    Use Service-derived data to build, train, or enhance third-party AI, bots, or similar automated tools.

    5.7 Spam, Unsolicited Use of Data#

    You agree not to:
    Use Service data for unsolicited marketing, harvesting, or spam;
    Collect, process, or use personal data inconsistent with applicable law or these Terms.

    6. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights#

    6.1 Apidog Intellectual Property#

    All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to all software, code, interfaces, designs, content, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, logos, and other materials, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Apidog or its licensors, except where specifically set forth otherwise herein.
    Your use of the Services grants you no rights in any Apidog intellectual property except for the limited license described herein. You must not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed in or on the Services.

    6.2 Copyright Infringement; Notice and Takedown#

    Apidog respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content via the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@apidog.com.
    Please provide sufficient detail as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or EU Copyright Directives.
    Upon valid notice, Apidog may remove or disable allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

    7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct#

    When accessing or using the Services, you agree:
    Not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, interfere with, or impair Apidog’s systems, servers, or networks;
    Not to access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you do not have explicit permission to access;
    Not to transmit viruses, worms, malware, or any other malicious software code;
    Not to upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, libelous, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
    Not to engage in spamming, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited advertising;
    Not to use automated means (including robots, spiders, scripts, or the like) to access or interact with the Services in violation of Apidog’s published API guidelines or rate limits;
    Not to use the Services to develop competing products or services unless expressly allowed under an applicable open source license or with express written consent from Apidog.
    Apidog reserves the right to review, monitor, or remove any content or account that, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards, or disrupts the Service’s operation.

    8. Third-Party Services, Links, and Integrations#

    The Services may connect or interoperate with third-party services, software, or open source libraries (“Third-Party Services”). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies. Apidog isn’t responsible for, and does not endorse, the security, reliability, or functionality of Third-Party Services, including compliance with open source notice or source code disclosure obligations.
    Disputes with third-party providers are solely between you and such providers.

    9. Service Availability and Support#

    9.1 Service Availability#

    Apidog endeavors to provide reliable and consistent Services; however, service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, or force majeure events.
    For free users, Apidog does not provide any guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, security, or preservation of Services or User Content. Services may be interrupted, experience errors, or be subject to outages, maintenance, or unforeseen events at any time.
    For paid users, service availability and related commitments are governed by the Service Level Agreement ("SLA") referenced in your subscription. Please refer to the SLA for specific terms and guarantees.

    9.2 Technical Support#

    Support for paid Service plans is typically provided via email, web, or in-app chat during business hours. Free plans may receive limited or no guaranteed technical support. Apidog may change support routes or hours, or discontinue support for certain plans, with reasonable notice.

    10. Termination and Suspension#

    10.1 Termination by User#

    You may terminate your account at any time by following the self-service deletion process in your account dashboard or by contacting Apidog support. Upon completion of the termination process:
    Your account and associated data (except as required to be retained under applicable law or policy) will be deleted within 30 days.
    Service access will cease; Apidog will not be responsible for retrieving, migrating, or restoring data after deletion.
    You will not be entitled to any refunds for prepaid fees except as required by law or express offer.

    10.2 Termination or Suspension by Apidog#

    Apidog reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account (or any user under your organization) for violation of these Terms, for suspected illegal or abusive activity, to comply with legal requirements, or if service fees remain unpaid. Apidog will attempt to notify you (where reasonable) prior to such action but may do so without notice if circumstances require.
    Upon termination, any rights granted under these Terms cease immediately; you remain responsible for all fees incurred before termination.

    10.3 Consequences of Termination#

    Upon termination for any reason:
    Your right to access or use the Services ceases immediately;
    Fees or charges incurred up to the effective date remain due and payable;
    Data deletion will proceed per our data retention practices;
    Sections pertaining to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and other terms which by their nature ought to survive termination will remain in effect.

    11. Disclaimers#

    THE SERVICES AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. APIDOG EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. APIDOG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
    APIDOG HAS NO CONTROL OVER, AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, THE USER CONTENT OR ACTIONS OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY, OR FOR ANY HARM TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

    12. Limitation of Liability#

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APIDOG, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU (REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY) FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
    EXCEPT WHERE LIMITED BY LAW, APIDOG’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR ANY ORDER, SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO APIDOG FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
    THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR PERSONAL INJURY).

    13. Indemnification#

    13.1 Your Indemnity#

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apidog, its affiliates, and employees against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
    your use/misuse of the Services;
    User Content or violation of law or these Terms;
    any claim of infringement, data misuse, or damage caused by your User Content.

    13.2 Apidog’s Indemnity#

    Apidog will indemnify, defend, and hold you harmless against third-party claims that Apidog’s Services, as provided and used in accordance with these Terms, directly infringe a copyright, patent, or trademark, except (a) for Use of Free or Beta Services; (b) where User Content, misuse, or unauthorized use is the cause; (c)) if you fail to promptly notify Apidog or cooperate in the defense. For such claims, Apidog may (at its discretion) replace, modify, or remove the infringing feature, or terminate your access and refund unused prepaid fees.

    14. Customer Identification and Publicity Rights#

    By using the Service, you grant Apidog the right to identify you or your organization as a customer of the Service. Apidog may use your company name, logo, trademark, or source indicators (“Company Marks”) in customer lists, marketing materials, press releases, blog posts, advertisements, websites, case studies, presentations, and other public communications (“Publicity Materials”).
    Usage of Company Marks will be consistent with any reasonable brand guidelines you supply. Such usage will not indicate your explicit endorsement except where expressly agreed. You may revoke this consent anytime by written notice to legal@apidog.com; Apidog will promptly use commercially reasonable efforts to cease further future use, although existing materials already disseminated may continue.
    If your industry or policy prohibits all publicity use, notify Apidog in advance for an opt-out.

    15. Changes to These Terms#

    Apidog may update or amend these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify users (for example, by email, or in-product alerts), update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement, and post the revised Terms online. Unless otherwise specified, changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after the effective date signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
    For users in the EEA/UK: Apidog will provide at least 30 days' advance notice (by email, in-app notification, or other reasonable means). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may reject changes by notifying Apidog in writing before effective date; your remedy is to discontinue use and, if applicable, terminate your subscription (pro-rated refunds provided only as required by law).
    Users elsewhere: Changes become effective upon posting or notification. Continued use after effective date = acceptance.
    If you do not agree with changes to these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

    16. Governing Law; Jurisdiction#

    These Terms, and any claim or dispute arising out of your use of the Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 18 (Dispute Resolution), you and Apidog consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Delaware to resolve any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms.
    If you reside in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your habitual residence remain unaffected.

    17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration#

    17.1 Informal Resolution#

    Prior to initiating any formal dispute, you and Apidog agree to attempt to resolve any claim or controversy informally by providing written notice (via support@apidog.com or mailing address). The parties will meet or communicate in good faith to attempt to resolve the issue within thirty (30) days.

    17.2 Binding Arbitration#

    If unresolved, to the extent permitted by law, any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services (excluding claims for injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in English under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Wilmington, Delaware.
    Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
    Arbitration is individual; you agree not to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
    Judgement upon the arbitral award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
    Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or security issues.
    If binding arbitration is found unenforceable as to a specific claim or party, then such claim may proceed in the courts specified in Section 17.

    18. Export Controls and Sanctions#

    You may not use, export, or re-export the Services in violation of applicable United States laws or the laws of your country or any applicable jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not located in or ordinarily resident in any country subject to comprehensive U.S. Government embargo, or identified on any restricted party lists.

    19. Apidog EU#

    19.1 Apidog EU Overview#

    Apidog provides a dedicated European version of its Services (“Apidog EU”, or “Apidog Europe”), designed to meet the needs of users, organizations, and data compliance within the European Union. The main features of Apidog EU include:
    Data Residency: All data for Apidog EU accounts—including user and application data—is stored and processed exclusively within data centers located in the European Union, using Amazon Web Services (AWS Europe) infrastructure.
    Account System Separation: Apidog EU maintains an independent account and authentication system, fully separated from the Global version (non-EU, "Global Version"). Accounts, user credentials, and related data between Apidog EU and the Global Version are not shared, merged, or accessible to each other.
    Service Access: Access to Apidog EU is provided via specific regional endpoints or URLs (https://app.eu.apidog.com/). Registering for Apidog EU does not grant access to the Global Version. The subscription plans, features, and entitlements for the two versions may differ.
    Independent Client: Apidog EU operates with an independent client application, fully separated from the Global version.
    Data Transfers: Apidog EU is architected to ensure all personal data, project data, and User Content remain within the EU in compliance with GDPR and relevant regulations. Data is not transferred outside the EEA except as strictly necessary for support or legal compliance, and always in accordance with legally recognized safeguards.
    Support and Contact: Apidog EU offers dedicated support channels for the EU region. Please refer to your Apidog EU account dashboard or the Apidog EU website for region-specific contact details.

    19.2. Applicability of Terms#

    Except where otherwise expressly stated in this Section 20, or as specified in Apidog EU service documentation or supplementary agreements, all provisions of these Terms of Use apply equally to Apidog EU accounts and users.

    19.3. Compliance Notice#

    By using Apidog EU, you acknowledge and agree to the separate data residency, privacy, security, and support practices described in this section.

    20. Miscellaneous#

    Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with incorporated policies and any applicable service agreements or addenda) constitute the full legal agreement between you and Apidog and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements on this subject matter.
    Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
    Waiver: No failure or delay by Apidog to exercise any right or enforce any provision or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right.
    Assignment: You may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms, in whole or part, or any right or obligation hereunder, without Apidog’s prior written consent. Apidog may assign or transfer these Terms freely.
    Force Majeure: Apidog will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to any event beyond Apidog’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, internet or power outages.
    Notices: All notices from you must be sent in writing to legal@apidog.com or to our current mailing address listed on our website. Legal notices to you may be given by email, in-app notification, or postal mail to your registered account address.

    21. API & Miscellaneous Feature Policies#

    API/Rate Limits: Use of Apidog’s public or private APIs is governed by published documentation and subject to strict rate limits and resource usage thresholds. Abuse (including attempts to bypass, “scrape”, or attack APIs) will result in warnings, account suspension, or termination as appropriate.
    Deprecation/Modification: Apidog may modify, deprecate, or discontinue APIs/features with reasonable notice, especially for critical changes or security issues.
    Enforcement: Apidog reserves the right to immediately restrict access in case of malicious or abusive use.
